Once the code snippet is inserted into your page, you have several options. You can just let it track how your visitors arrive; you can track for a day or so, then start specifying content; or you can add the keywords you want to target and specify content for them. This is all done from within the Keyword Delivery member interface. You don't have to do anything else with your website.
